1. Selection of the length of the drum:

Different width of the goods should be selected for the width of the roller, under normal circumstances, the use of "conveying 50mm".

2. Selection of wall thickness and shaft diameter of drum:

According to the average distribution of the weight of the conveying material to the contact roller, the required bearing of each roller is calculated, so as to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller.

3. Roller material and surface treatment:

According to the different conveying environment, determine the material and surface treatment of the drum (carbon steel galvanized/stainless steel/black or coated).

4. Select the installation method of the roller:

According to the specific requirements of the overall conveyor, the installation method of the roller is selected: spring press-in type, inner tooth shaft type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type, etc. For the tapered roller of the bending machine, the width and taper of the rolling surface depend on the size of the goods and the turning radius.
